KH Electrical Services were awarded the CCTV Installation & Lighting Replacement programme for LSER (previously South Eastern Trains) valued at nearly a million pounds.

The project had to be delivered within 16 weeks to fulfil the requirements of the Client and funding from Transport for London.

Being part of a wider programme to improve security, thirty-one Stations across the Dartford loop had the existing CCTV system, which recorded onto local VCR’s, upgraded. When complete the video images from each station were recorded onto digital recorders and connected to the central control room giving greater protection for the travelling public.

In addition to CCTV Installation and Lighting Replacement KH Electrical Services Limited also included civil works for buried cables and new raise and lower columns.

The Project was successfully delivered, within the agreed programme to the complete satisfaction of the LSER, TfL, the Station staff and the public.
