Help Desk Administrator

Salary: £ Experience/Negotiable

Closing date: 30th March 2010

We are looking to recruit an experienced Help Desk Administrator to manage and run an established fault desk.

The successful applicant needs to have good IT skills including Excel & Word, an excellent telephone manner, a flexible tenacious and proactive work attitude, be organised and able to deal with customers & clients at all levels and have the ability to work using their own initiative and also as a team player.

Duties include: Customer/Client Liaison, Updating databases. Logging & prioritising faults and distribution to engineers, Timesheet administration, raising Purchase Orders, Typing Quotations/Reports (50wpm), Invoicing, Ordering Materials, Upkeep of all relevant databases and General Administration.

Electricians & CCTV Engineers

Salary: £ Experience/Negotiable

We are currently looking for experience, proactive and qualified Electrician’s and CCTV engineers to work within the South East on our rail and non rail projects. They must possess a flexible working attitude and be able to work on their own initiative.
